Non-Invasive Treatment

Treat ED at the Source — Without Pills or Surgery

Pills mask the symptom. What if we could trigger your body to grow new blood vessels and regenerate tissue — addressing the underlying cause?

Quick Overview

Who It's For

ED is usually a blood flow problem. Pills help for a while — then less so. If you want to address the vascular cause, not just the symptom, this may help.

The Problem

Blood vessels in erectile tissue become less efficient. Decreased blood flow means weaker response. Pills force temporary dilation but don't change the vessels.

Our Approach

Shockwave — acoustic waves stimulate new blood vessel growth. PRP — your own concentrated healing factors, delivered directly to the tissue.

What to Expect

Office-based. PRP + 3 shockwave sessions. 20-30 minutes each. Walk out, no downtime.

Office — no hospital
4 sessions total
20-30 min each
Walk out same day

Why Pills Aren't Enough

You take the pill. It works — for now. The symptom is treated. The cause isn't.

For most men, erectile dysfunction is a vascular problem. The blood vessels supplying erectile tissue have narrowed, stiffened, or lost their ability to dilate. Pills force temporary dilation. The vessels themselves haven't changed.

If pills work less than they used to — or you'd rather not depend on them — the question becomes: can we improve the blood vessels directly?

The difference: Pills force temporary blood flow. Regenerative treatment targets the vessels themselves to improve blood flow naturally.

How Shockwave Therapy Works

The handpiece presses against the skin and delivers focused acoustic waves. You feel a tapping sensation — like a vibration. Not painful. No anesthetic needed.

Below the surface, the acoustic waves create controlled micro-stimulation. Here's what happens in the tissue:

1

New blood vessels form

The body responds to acoustic energy by releasing growth factors (VEGF). These trigger capillary growth in erectile tissue. More capillaries mean better blood supply.

2

Dormant cells activate

The controlled stimulation wakes up progenitor cells — your body's repair team. They support regeneration of smooth muscle and blood vessel lining.

3

Nitric oxide signaling improves

This is the chemical pathway that triggers erection. Better signaling means vessels respond more efficiently.

4

Micro-plaques break down

For men with mild vascular fibrosis, the acoustic energy can help clear deposits restricting blood flow.

The SmartTecar WAVE delivers low-intensity shockwave therapy — the acoustic waves stimulate new blood vessel growth.

How PRP Works

PRP stands for Platelet-Rich Plasma. We draw a small amount of your blood, spin it in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets, then inject the concentrated solution directly where it's needed.

Centrifuge for PRP preparation
Your blood is spun in a centrifuge to concentrate the healing platelets — your body's own growth factors.

What platelets contain

Concentrated growth factors that promote tissue repair and blood vessel growth — PDGF, VEGF, TGF-β, EGF. These are the signals your body uses to heal and regenerate.

The injection

We inject PRP directly into the corpus cavernosum — the erectile tissue. The growth factors go exactly where they're needed.

Local anesthetic first. You'll feel pressure, not pain.

Why Combine Both

PRP and shockwave work together — in that order:

PRP first: Delivers concentrated growth factors directly to erectile tissue.

Shockwave sessions follow: Three sessions of acoustic energy to stimulate blood flow and tissue regeneration.

The combination targets multiple aspects of tissue regeneration — growth factors plus mechanical stimulation.

What Treatment Involves

Consultation first

We assess your situation — medical history, what you've tried, vascular health. Not everyone is a candidate. We'll tell you honestly whether this is likely to help.

The treatment itself

  • PRP injection: ~20 minutes. Local anesthetic applied.
  • Shockwave sessions: 20-30 minutes each. No anesthetic — just tapping/vibration.
  • Walk out and drive yourself home.

Timeline

This isn't instant. You're regenerating tissue, not popping a pill. Effects build over weeks as new blood vessels form.

What's realistic

This may help reduce dependence on pills. It may improve spontaneous function. Results vary. We'll discuss realistic expectations during consultation.

Common Questions

Is it painful?

PRP uses local anesthetic — pressure, not sharp pain. Shockwave feels like tapping. Most men tolerate both well.

How many sessions?

Standard protocol: 1 PRP injection + 3 shockwave sessions. Some benefit from repeat courses.

When do results appear?

Tissue regeneration takes time. Most men notice changes over 1-3 months.

Can I continue pills during treatment?

Yes. The goal is improving underlying function. Continue pills as needed while regenerative effects develop.

What if it doesn't work?

Nothing's been cut or permanently altered. Other options remain available. This is a low-risk approach that doesn't close any doors.
