When pills aren't enough and surgery feels like too much — there's a different approach. Image-guided procedures that target the problem, not the whole body.

A Different Kind of Medicine

Most people think they have three options:

  1. Live with it
  2. Take medication forever
  3. Get surgery

There's a fourth.

Interventional Radiology

Using imaging to guide treatment. You see what I see. A needle instead of a scalpel — the issue is addressed while healthy tissue stays untouched.

We See What We Treat

Ultrasound shows the inside in real-time. No guesswork.

Precision Treatment

Target the problem. Leave healthy tissue alone.

Walk In, Walk Out

No hospital stay. Local anesthesia. Same-day recovery.

Prof. Tariq Sinan

I trained in Ireland at the Royal College of Surgeons, and I continue my training to this day. When I returned to Kuwait, the techniques I learned abroad weren't available here, so I began my practice specialising in interventional treatment. My methods sit between pain medication and open surgery. I first opened in 2005 and have been practising in Kuwait for 21 years.

What Patients Say

Tariq Abu Aziz Spine patient — English subtitles, 0:49

"After the procedure — about two days of mild discomfort. Now I'm back to exercise, walking, swimming, everything."

Actions speak louder than words. Rather than tell you what I can do, I'd rather you hear it from the patients themselves:
